HVAC EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION

We turned challenges into opportunities by successfully executing the IBM Data Center project during the pandemic. We dismantled and replaced precision equipment, installed air conditioning units as a safeguard, and strategically closed part of the water loop to minimize downtime. Our strategy included prefabricating the piping with dye penetrant testing to ensure maximum reliability.

For this project, we designed a precision system for its Data Center, incorporating free cooling systems, covering an area of more than 21,000 m².

In a record time of just 45 days, we created the innovative ASURION project: a 13-story, 13,750 m² building designed in Revit LOD 350. This challenge included a cutting-edge BIM methodology design in Revit, featuring specialized comfort HVAC systems for a call center and precision systems for the building’s 13 data centers, using a DRY COOLER system. We not only delivered an exceptional design but also provided continuous post-installation support, ensuring optimal system performance through our value engineering approach.

PRECISION SYSTEM

We stand out for our expertise in precision air conditioning systems, as demonstrated in the AMAZON project. In this case, our engineering team advised the client when facing a challenge: the initial equipment selected by a design firm did not meet the manufacturer’s conditions. We identified and selected an alternative precision technology, safeguarding the warranty and optimizing the system’s performance.
