CONSTRUCTION AND CONTROL SYSTEM.

In this project, we applied value engineering focused on time efficiency, completing the installation of 4,000 m² in a record time of 60 days. We redesigned the project after finding evidence that the equipment previously installed did not meet the required standards and was excessively noisy. As a solution, we installed noise attenuators, which are now operating perfectly.

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION

In this project, we initially reviewed a pre-existing design, where we detected negative comfort measurements in the auditorium space. We recommended changes to the designs provided; however, the client’s perception of comfort was still unsatisfactory, giving us the opportunity to install the entire HVAC system.

VARIABLE REFRIGERANT FLOW (VRF)

At GSK, we designed an exceptional machine room featuring an advanced water-cooling system. Although technical rooms often go unnoticed, the end user’s manager was so impressed that he expressed he would have liked to have his office next to it, just to enjoy the remarkable glass-walled space. Despite the challenges of the 2020 pandemic, we met the deadlines and exceeded the client’s expectations, with no need for after-sales service.

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION

In 2019, we carried out the installation of the HVAC system for LENOVO’s offices, a project that was well received by the client. This success allowed us to become their maintenance provider, and we are proud to be renewed year after year.
